Domaine Cédrick Bardin
Sancerre & Pouilly Fumé
The estate, located in the heart of the village of Pouilly sur Loire, is made up of about ten hectares spread over both banks of the Loire.
The size of our farm allows us to carry out all the operations of a wine estate, from working the vines to marketing our wines.
For fifteen years, we have been trying to work in the most rational way possible, respecting our land and our environment, using modern techniques and above all not forgetting the knowledge that was passed on from our parents and grand-parents.
Clos du Paradis
Muscadet Sèvre & Maine sur Lie
Our hillside vineyard is a idyllic terroir, where the vines fully express their potential.
Domaine Delaunay works in a reasoned way by adopting cultural practices that respect the environment.
The aging of Muscadet on lees and its storage in underground vats reveal the freshness and finesse of the wines and give them a particular elegance.
The modern vinification methods adopted by Domaine Delaunay gives fruity aromas to the varietal wines.
Côtes de Provence
The estate is located in the heart of the AOC Côtes de Provence, in the plain of the Maures. It extends over the municipalities of Pignans, Mayons and Gonfaron.
The richness of this terroir, made up of clay-limestone soil, combined with a typically sunny and windy Mediterranean climate, reflects the quality of the wines produced.
Consisting of small plots carefully selected for their “alités”, the farm is committed to a culture that places the vine and its environment at the heart of its concerns.
For Paul, the eldest child in the Suzzoni family, the passion for winemaking started at a very young age.
With the support of his father Antoine, he bought a few plots of land and set to work. The dream became a reality.
Paul and his father planted their first Niellucciu vines in 1973 in the communes of Lumiu and Montegrosso, and vinified their first cuvées three years later.
Etienne, the youngest son, took over the domaine in 1986 after completing his studies in veterinary medicine in Paris. Today the domaine has over 64 hectares of vines, 12 hectares of olive trees, and has a herd of 40 cattle grazing over the 30 hectares of meadows and oak groves.
2016 marked a new chapter for the family-run domaine, with the arrival of Etienne’s eldest son, Paul-Antoine, who had the honour of vinifying the 40th vintage of Clos Culombu.
Vins de France
Le Petit Bouchon
The Château Ferreyres vineyard is located on a unique terroir exposed on superb sunny hillsides.
“Living, authentic wines, a Petit Bouchon never leaves you indifferent! »
The outcrop of flint on the ground of a few plots sheltered from the hills, an ideal maturity, and the irreproachable behavior of the cellar, form an environment conducive to the development of a wine without sulphite.
